Jharkhand Pension Scheme 2023
Jharkhand Pension Scheme has been launched by the Government of Jharkhand. Through this scheme, the citizens of the state will be provided pension every month to economically weak old, disabled and widowed citizens. Number of pension beneficiaries doubled in the last 2 years

In recent times the number of applicants has increased manifold. The number of beneficiaries under the State Pension Scheme has increased from 6,60,871 to 14,34,314 in the last 2 years.
Under the Old Age Pension Scheme, an increase of 5,77,426 in the number of old age beneficiaries has been recorded in 2 years. Till December 31, 2019, the benefit of this scheme is being received by 3,45,168 applicants, till April 28, their number has increased to 9,22,594. During this, 5,77,426 new old citizens will be given the benefit of this scheme by the government.
